As a resident of Beech Spring Farm, what do I need to know?

You can use the online Request form and/or come to the HOA regular meetings and ask any questions that you'd like.

Meetings are generally once every two months, and are announced in the email newsletter to residents. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter using the New Resident form.

How do I get a mailbox like everyone else's?

If you are the first resident on your lot, you may need to purchase a mailbox.

We require the use of a standardized mailbox that is the same as all others in Beech Spring Farm. They can be purchased through US Post, and can be reached at +1 502-245-0087.

Is there a neighborhood pool?

Beech Spring Farm does not have its own neighborhood pool.

What trash / garbage services are available in Beech Spring Farm?

Rumpke provides all of the trash services in Beech Spring Farm. These services are wholly covered by your homeowner's association dues -- you do not need to pay anything extra. While registration as a BSF homeowner will activate trash pickups at your address, you may still need to call Rumpke to get them to deliver a trash can to you.

When is trash picked up?

Trash is picked up very early on Monday and Thursday mornings; put your trash cans at the end of your driveway the night before.

Some homeowners have asked if we can save costs by only having trashed picked up once a week. The board has looked at this issue multiple times: the cost savings are negligible.

What recycling services are available in Beech Spring Farm?

Recycling is also handled by Rumpke, but is both optional and not covered by your homeowner's dues. Call Rumpke for pricing details.

Rumpke will provide a large green recycling bin for free. A 2nd green recycling bin is available upon request; call Carol (+1 502-568-3800) at Rumpke directly and identify yourself as a Beech Spring Farm resident.

When is recycling picked up?

Recycling is picked up every Monday.

What organic waste services are available in Beech Spring Farm?

Similar to recycling, organic waste is handled by Rumpke. It is also an optional service, and not covered by your homeowner's dues. Call Carol (+1 502-568-3800) at Rumpke for pricing details.

When is organic waste picked up?

Organic waste is picked up on Mondays.

Do I need to setup water or sewage services?

Yes, although you can probably continue services from the prior lot owner. Water and sewage services are provided by the Louisville Water Company.
